We value your business and hope your  love our line as much as we do. Each piece is a handmade and unique work of art to be cherished. All laser engraved acrylic is hand formed and hand painted; gemstones are hand selected and color and size of stones may vary slightly. ORDERING

You may place your order with us online.  This method is  preferred.  If the jewelry item you wish is not in stock, please click the link on that page to be taken to the Wait List Form. Make sure to fill this out entirely with the options that are particular to the jewelry piece you wish to have. We will call and email you notifying you when your item is in stock. Allow us 2-4 weeks because we order materials and hand make all of our jewelry.  Contact us with  with any questions.  We are happy to help you.

SHIPPING

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days unless requested otherwise.  We ship via USPS only.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our shopping cart offers these methods of payment at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We can also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types.

 

EXCHANGES/REPAIRS/RETURNS

 If you are not happy with any item in your order, we will be happy to work with you on an exchange, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Please call our sales office for a return authorization number.  If you are returning salable merchandise for credit outside of the 10 day framework (only applies on items purchased within 1 year), please call our sales office for a return authorization number, then issue a credit for the balance. We allow exchange credit in the amount of 25% of the new order. We stand by the quality of our work and will repair, any piece less then 1 year old defective in workmanship or materials. Please call our office for a return authorization number (one year repair warranty). All custom or special order sales are final.  All authorized return items should be packed  in properly to prevent damage.  You are only responsible for return postage/insurance.
